Notes For Poster Presenters

General Information
Poster Session I will be held in Iwasaki-Koyata Hall on Feb.23 (Mon), on the other hand,
Poster Session II will be held in Kabayama Hall on Feb.24 (Tue). A board measuring 90 cm
wide by 210 cm high will be available for each poster. Each presentation will be assigned a
board and will be labeled with the number of the paper (e.g. P1-1).
Each poster session is scheduled at lunch time and after the oral sessions,
as indicated in the program. During the period, the authors are requested to stand
by their posters. It is the responsibility of the authors to put up and remove their posters.

1. Poster session schedule:
Poster session I: 12:45--14:00, 18:30--20:30 on Feb.23., Iwasaki-Koyata Hall
Poster session II: 12:45--14:00, 18:15--20:30 on Feb.24. Kabayama Hall

2. Your poster will be presented either on Feb.23 or 24.
Please check which day your poster is allocated from below.

3. The width and height of each poster board is 90 cm and 210 cm.
